ガラス繊維強化樹脂の射出成形用金型の設計の際、ゲート位置に関しては、感と経験にて選定し、多数のゲートを組み合わせ、そり変形解析をして最善となる組み合わせと選択しているが、その根拠となる理論、機構は不明である。また、大型製品の場合、ゲート位置の組み合わせが膨大となるため、ゲート設計には多大な工数がかかっている。今回、OptiStructによる位相最適化を応用して最適なゲート位置となる部分を容易に予測する手法を紹介する。

新設計船の振動問題に対して、同型船の計測データと簡易推定式から固有振動数を計算し対策を立てることが簡単であるが、実績データの乏しい船型では検討が難しい。一方、FEM解析を用いることで船型、実績データによらず検討を行うことができるが作業負荷が高い。近年、3D CADやコンピューター性能の発達により、以前よりもFEM解析を取り組みやすい環境が整ってきた。本発表では全船のFEM固有振動解析と周波数応答解析を実施し、船舶設計における有効性を調査したため、その結果について紹介する。

一般に、船体は連続的な構造部材で構成されるため、隣接部材の影響を考慮する必要がある。このような問題は、Lagrangeの未定乗数を用いたエネルギー法を適用することによって比較的容易に解くことができるが、多元連立方程式を解く等の煩わしさがある。しかし、ある種の問題では、荷重とスパンを変数とする簡単な関数でLagrangeの未定乗数を決定することができる。ここでは、Lagrangeの未定乗数に端部固着係数を導入し、HyperWorksの解析結果を学習させた人工知能(AI)を用いてより高精度な評価法を開発する。(
